FAQ: GENERAL

No, all minor guests (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who must remain in the location to ensure the minor guests are supervised visiting Chuck E. Cheese. 

There is no fee for general entry.

Yes, adults who are not accompanying children are welcome.  

The Adventure Zone is limited to children aged between 3 to 12 years old, and under 120kgs. The responsible adult of a child eligible to enter the Adventure Zone may accompany a child in the Adventure Zone, provided they are under 120kgs. 

 

Children under 3 years of age may enter the Toddler Zone and must be accompanied by their responsible adult. Children over 3 years of age may not enter the Toddler Zone. 

Children aged between 3 to 15 years of age and under 120kgs may use the Climbing Wall. 

 

FAQ: FOOD ALLERGIES

No. Our cheese does not contain animal-derived enzymes. 

No. Our pizza sauce does not contain animal products. 

It contains Whey (Milk). 

Yes, we offer an individual size gluten-free pizza. Our Smart Flour™ crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings are gluten-free. However, you need to know that this pizza is prepared in a shared kitchen, so we cannot guarantee it will be completely free of gluten. 

Most items on our menu do not contain artificially occurring trans fats. We do have a few items that do contain one percent of trans fat per serving.

MSG is not listed as an added ingredient in any of our products. 

The following items contain gluten: Pizza Dough, Ciabatta Rolls, Garlic Sesame Sticks, Tri-Color Tortilla Strips, Cheese Crackers, Wheat Crackers, Club Crackers, Garlic Butter Croutons, Rice Noodles, Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese Pasta Salad, California Pasta Salad, Cinnamon Stick Dough, Cinnamon Spread, Apple Dessert Pizza Dough, Shortbread Topping, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Cheesy Breadsticks, Buffalo Wings, Boneless Buffalo Wings, Chicken Nuggets, Select Single-Serve Novelty Ice Cream Offerings, Wonton Strips, and Crispy Onions. 

In addition to the above, keep in mind that other products we cook and serve, i.e., french fries, are cooked/handled on equipment used to cook other products and by cast members who are very likely to have handled pizza dough and so on.

We do not serve products that have peanuts or tree nuts in them. However, the following items are manufactured in plants that also process nuts in other applications, so cross-contamination could be possible: Cinnamon Spread, Shortbread Topping, Vanilla Buttercream Cakes, Chocolate Cakes, Select Single-Serve Novelty Ice Cream Offerings, Sunflower Seeds, and Wonton Strips

The following items are produced on machinery that also processes eggs, so they may contain trace amounts of egg: Cinnamon Spread, Shortbread Dessert Topping, and Big Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich.

Yes. The pizza crust contains soybean oil and soy protein concentrate.

We believe our offerings accommodate most food allergies. However, if you cannot find a menu item which accommodates your allergy, please contact your local Chuck E. Cheese store to make arrangements to reasonably accommodate your need to bring in outside food. 

Yes we offer halal food, however our kitchen is not halal-certified.

No preservatives are used on our fresh vegetables. Our jalapeños are preserved with sodium benzoate and calcium chloride. Our sliced green olives and pepperoncinis contain sodium metabisulfate and/or calcium chloride to preserve flavour. 

FAQ: OUR PIZZA

Simply put, making dough from scratch with traditional methods makes for a more flavourful and authentic pizza crust! Every pizza is hand-crafted by our “sauce bosses” made-to-order and is cut by hand, fresh out of the oven. 

The fan favourite is: (drumroll please…) pepperoni! But the classic cheese comes in as a close second place. 

Besides sourcing our tomatoes from 100 percent vine-ripened California tomatoes, we perfectly season our sauce with spices and herbs like oregano, basil, garlic, black pepper, and onions.

Absolutely! Once you have finished, ask one of our cast members to box up your leftovers in a to-go box. We will be surprised if the pizza makes it home without any more nibbles!
